As one could imagine, 'Three sheets to the wind' is indeed a seafaring expression. In its earliest printed citation, sailors at the time had a sliding scale of drunkenness; three sheets was the falling over stage; tipsy was just 'one sheet in the wind', or 'a sheet in the wind's eye'.This Blog is not about being drunk however. At best, this was a way for me to tie in my love of sailing with my love of wine. Throw some food in there, and I'm a happy camper, er, sailor.

Photography Equipment
So what in the world do a wine and food blog have to do with photography equipment? Not too much!
From one hobby to the next, it’s time to move on from wet photography enlargements. I am looking to sell all my equipment to fund a future project.
I have six enlargers, developing trays, driers, and a whole lot of stuff. It’s a full darkroom setup, and then some. Pictured here is one of the enlargers, a well equipped omega.
